FAQ'S
What types of processes can you automate?
We specialise in automating repetitive workflows across operations, marketing, sales, and customer support using AI and custom logic.
What is the difference between RPA and Agentic AI?
Think of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) as the hands and Agentic AI as the brain. RPA excels at executing rigid, rule-based, repetitive tasks exactly as scripted (e.g., logging into a legacy system, copying data from an Excel sheet, and pasting it into an ERP). It requires structured data and breaks if a user interface changes. Agentic AI involves autonomous AI systems designed to achieve complex, high-level goals. Instead of following a strict script, it can reason, plan, adapt, handle unstructured data (like free-form emails or audio files), and make decisions on the fly to get the job done
What exactly is an "AI Agent"?
An AI Agent is an autonomous software entity powered by a Large Language Model (LLM) that is equipped with specific tools (APIs, databases), memory (short-term context and long-term history), and a planning mechanism. This allows it to break down a broad objective (e.g., "Onboard this new client and provision their accounts") into smaller tasks and execute them end-to-end without human hand-holding.
Do I need technical knowledge to use your service?
Not at all. Our team handles the setup, integration, and optimisation. You just focus on your goals, we’ll automate the rest.
Can you integrate with our existing tools?
Yes! We support integrations with CRMs, project management tools, communication apps, and more, tailored to your stack.
How long does implementation take?
The timeline depends heavily on the complexity of the workflow and the maturity of your data, but we generally break projects down into three speeds: Quick-Win RPA / Simple AI Assistants: 2 to 8 weeks. This includes automating highly structured, repetitive tasks (like data entry or basic document scraping) or deploying off-the-shelf AI assistants. Custom Agentic AI / Hybrid Solutions: 8 to 12 weeks. For complex, multi-step workflows where an AI Agent needs to use multiple APIs, reason through ambiguous data, and require Human-in-the-Loop checkpoints. Enterprise-Scale Transformations: 3 to 6+ months. For large-scale rollouts involving deeply embedded legacy systems, extensive custom model fine-tuning, and multi-department deployments. Our Approach: We always aim to deliver a working Proof of Value (POV) within the first 3 to 4 weeks so you can see the solution working in a sandbox environment before full deployment.
Is your AI secure and compliant?
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade security practices and ensure compliance with major data privacy standards like GDPR.
What exactly is "Learning AI"?
"Learning AI" refers to Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning systems that improve their performance over time without being explicitly reprogrammed for every new scenario. Unlike traditional software (which only does exactly what its code dictates), a learning AI analyses patterns in data, adapts to feedback, and refines its algorithms. For your business, this means: Continuous Improvement: The system gets smarter the more data it processes. Feedback Loops: When a human corrects an AI Agent's mistake, that feedback is used to optimize future decision-making. Adaptability: It can recognise new variations of documents or user inputs that it hasn't explicitly seen before, preventing the automation from breaking
How do we know which business processes we should automate first?
We look for tasks that are high-volume, repetitive, and prone to human error. Good starting points include rule-based tasks with no guesswork (like syncing spreadsheets to a CRM) or workflows that require basic reading and routing (like sorting customer support emails). During our initial consultation, we audit your operations to find "low-hanging fruit." We prioritise quick-win projects that take just a few weeks to build but immediately save your team hours of manual labor.
When vendors say Agentic AI "learns from our data to improve," does that mean our private data is leaked?
No, that is a common misconception. When an AI Agent "learns" from your data, it does not mean your private information is used to train a public AI brain. Think of the AI as a new hire who already knows how to read and write; it doesn't change its brain, it just learns your company's specific rules. In a secure enterprise setup, the AI learns locally by writing notes in a private digital notepad. For example, if a human corrects an invoice error, the AI remembers that specific rule for next time. It also operates in a secure "amnesia mode", it securely looks at the files it needs for a specific task, completes the job, and immediately forgets them so no data is retained. We protect your data using enterprise-grade connections with strict Zero Data Retention rules, meaning AI vendors are legally blocked from saving your data. If your industry has ultra-strict privacy laws, we can completely ringfence the solution by installing the AI on your private servers. It will still get smarter over time, but your data will never leave your four walls.
Will AI take my job away
No. Our tools / solutions are built to take over the boring, repetitive tasks that your team hates doing, like copying and pasting data or sorting through messy files. By letting a digital assistant handle the busywork, your staff can focus on the important parts of their jobs, like taking care of your clients and growing the business. It allows your company to do more work without forcing your team to work overtime.
How do I know what to automate first in my business?
We look for any daily task that takes up too much time, feels robotic, and happens over and over again. Excellent places to start include entering the same data into multiple systems or sorting through basic client emails. During our first chat, we will look at your daily routine together and pick a small, easy task to automate first. This lets you see hours of time saved within just a few weeks before we move on to anything bigger.
Our company files and data are currently a total mess. Can we still use AI?
Yes, absolutely. In fact, organizing messy data is one of our specialties. We will completely handle the data transformation for you, meaning you do not need perfect, beautifully organized files to get started. To fix your data, we use a reliable, three-step process called ETL, which stands for Extract, Transform, and Load. First, our tools Extract (gather) your data from all your different folders, old systems, and messy spreadsheets. Next, we Transform it, which means the AI reads through the chaos, cleans up errors, and organises everything into a neat, standardised format. Finally, we Load that clean data back into your systems.
